Terms & Conditions of Sale
Draft placeholder — not yet reviewed or approved. Do not treat this page as binding until it has been drafted/checked by a solicitor and this notice is removed.
1. These Terms
The terms on which we supply tyres and related products to trade account holders through this site. Placeholder — confirm scope (trade customers only, no consumer sales) and how these terms are accepted (order confirmation, account application, etc.).
2. Trade Accounts & Credit Terms
Payment terms, credit limits, and consequences of exceeding them. Placeholder — state payment due date (e.g. 30 days net), accepted payment methods, and reference the statutory right to charge interest and compensation on overdue commercial debts.
3. Prices & VAT
Prices shown are net of VAT unless stated otherwise. Placeholder — confirm VAT treatment per customer country (GB/IE/FR/etc. differ) and who is responsible for import duties on cross-border orders.
4. Orders & Acceptance
How an order becomes a binding contract, and our right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error).
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales, risk transfer point, and what happens if delivery fails or is delayed. Placeholder — confirm incoterms/delivery basis used.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Placeholder — confirm the exact retention-of-title clause with a solicitor; this is a standard but jurisdiction-sensitive protection.
7. Returns & Faulty Goods
Process and time limits for returning goods, and statutory rights that apply regardless of this policy (these differ for consumer vs business buyers).
8. Liability
What we are and are not liable for, and any liability cap. Placeholder — liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud, cannot be excluded or limited.
9. Data Protection
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
10. Governing Law
Which country’s law applies and where disputes are resolved. Placeholder — this may need to vary per country entity (GB, IE, FR, etc.) rather than a single clause for every account.
