1. These Terms

2. Trade Accounts & Credit Terms

4. Orders & Acceptance
How an order becomes a binding contract, and our right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error).

Delivery timescales, risk transfer point, and what happens if delivery fails or is delayed. Placeholder — confirm incoterms/delivery basis used.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Placeholder — confirm the exact retention-of-title clause with a solicitor; this is a standard but jurisdiction-sensitive protection.
7. Returns & Faulty Goods
Process and time limits for returning goods, and statutory rights that apply regardless of this policy (these differ for consumer vs business buyers).
8. Liability
What we are and are not liable for, and any liability cap. Placeholder — liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud, cannot be excluded or limited.
